We make sure all our new clients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, we will review your intake form* and decide on how best to procede prior to the massage to assure that your goals are respected.

*Intake form sent by e-mail, and is required for first time clients

 

Policies

  • Appointment only booking, 1 hour advanced notice minimum

  • All clients are required to have a valid payment card on file prior to first appointment approval.

  • 24 hour minimum cancellation requirement, cancellations under 24 hours may be charged a 50% late cancellation fee.*

  • No call No show’s are charged full price.

  • Online intake form must be completed prior to appointment.

  • Prepayment is required for first time online booking clients.

  • If you are ill, we ask that you do not come in to prevent the spread of illness to other clients ( and we don’t want to get sick either, we can’t work if we’re ill! ).

  • This is a professional service and a safe space, we withhold the right to refuse service to anyone. Any inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the service and a refusal of any future services.

*We understand life happens, please call/text (text preferred) if unforeseen circumstances such as illness or an emergency arises with an explanation and you may have the cancellation fee waived at our discretion
